There is a lot of truth contained in this photo. Too much of the world's problems are caused by people not valuing the lives of other people. And that is especially true in the United States -- the supposed "bastion of freedom and human rights".
It is time we realized that American lives are not more important than the lives of people in other countries (even countries with governments we don't like), the lives of Whites don't matter more than the lives of people of other races or colors or ethnicities, the lives of men don't matter more than the lives of women, the lives of the rich are not more important than the lives of the poor, the lives of healthy people are not superior to the lives of the sick, and the lives of heterosexuals do not have more value than the lives of homosexuals.
But perhaps most important of all, we need to realize that corporate profits are not more important than the life of any human being anywhere in the world.
Even primitive "caveman" societies knew that they were their brother's keeper. Why is that concept so hard for many "modern" humans to understand?
