GOP Just Caters To The Rich

The Republicans have been telling that lie so long that I think some of them may be starting to believe it -- the lie that says they are the party that wants small government. But they have been exposed. They actually spend more than the Democrats spend -- they just don't spend it on doing anything to help the people of this country (except for the rich).

While the Democrats want to spend to help the poor and disadvantaged, the uneducated, the unemployed, the elderly, and anyone else that needs a hand up, the Republicans would rather spend on welfare for the rich and the corporations and on wars to spread our corporate power around the globe -- while cutting taxes for the rich and putting the burden for their spending on workers and middle class Americans.

Remember, Democrat Bill Clinton left office with the government having a budget surplus -- which Republican George Bush turned into a huge budget deficit. Don't believe the Republican lie. They are not the party of small government. They are just the party that caters to the rich.
