What I like about jobsanger is that you have very detailed posts, with loads of stats, graphs, and other facts to back up your claims.
What I dislike about jobsanger is that because I often use your sources to back up my claims, I CAN NEVER FIND SOME OF YOUR POSTS. Often I have to spend an hour going back page by page:P If someday you could ever organise everything by keywords, it would make finding your informative posts so much easier:P

I'm sorry it's so hard to find my old posts that you want. I do use some keywords (note the bottom of the posts). And in the upper left corner of the blog is a box (with a magnifying glass in it). Just type a keyword (or what you think might be one) in that box and press enter -- and it will bring up my posts with that keyword, from most recent to least recent. If the word you use doesn't work, try another.
I hope that helps you. I really value your readership.
It is rather small and out of the way. I have also added some of my most used keywords (labels) at the bottom of the right-hand column. Maybe that will also help.
