I'm showing my age but when I think about e-books. I always wonder if we'll be able to read them in 10 years, let alone in 100 years. The only energy source books on paper need is a light. I'm holding on to the ones I have and stockpiling them.
I just hope people will continue reading whatever the medium. I too like the feel of a book and an e-reader ties me to wifi and audible voices can put me to sleep depending on the voice.
I agree -- audio books put me to sleep. A good old-fashioned paper book is the best, and can be taken anywhere (whether there is an energy source or not. But I also agree that however a person does it, reading is one of the best things you can do for your brain (and entertainment).
