Show me any country which had a large Nobility class that had happy people making a good like???? American has a monstrous noble class which can't be denied at $10000/hr income, or the type of federally funded benefits like Congress gets, and does not want any civilians to have. So long as this group of uncaring bunch of Aholes exist we will never get better.
