This chart was made from the continuing polls done by Fox News on presidential and congressional job approval. The last one was done between January 25th and 27th of a random national sample of 1,009 registered voters, and has a margin of error of 3 points. The polls show a couple of things -- the president has maintained about a 30 point edge over Congress in the last year on job approval, and the president's approval rating is going up. The congressional approval has also gone up, but still languishes below 20%.
Even the poll done for the right-wing Fox News shows the president is a lot more popular than Congress.
