real Americans do not subvert the administration in place in an attempt to bring it to its knees in failure. the senates place in foreign policy is advice and consent in dealing with the executive branch's policies and not to take any action in the negotiation process. advice prior to an agreement and consent after through their vote, nothing in between.
oh and the house of representatives has even less place in the process!!!!
