I'm reading "Chasing The Scream" and just finished the part about Portugal's end to the drug war. Amazing and it really does make so much sense why it works. It's a great book and it's making me rethink some of my former assumptions.
Right ON!!! And it aint the only country to win the war by legalizing drugs. But you 1st need a country that is not totally controlled by religious Aholes, or politicians or cops making money off illegal drugs.
