I think a more apt depiction would be of the GOP congress people quivering up a tree out of fear of the rabid NRA dog. I think Hilary and Bernie should hammer home that the GOP pretenders have turned their back on what 90% of the country wants - background checks to keep us safer. If the GOP cannot even stand-up to the NRA to protect us at home then how can we trust them with Putin, ISIS and all the other bogeymen they fear monger with??
They need to be called out for the cowards that they truly are!
