This chart was made from a Gallup Poll of Democrats and Republicans between March 31st and April 6th. The Democrats and Republicans were asked to rate the candidates of their own party either favorable or unfavorable. It turns out that Democrats like both of their presidential candidates (with about 7 out of 10 Democrats giving both a favorable rating).
It is different for Republicans, with only slightly more than half giving Trump (55%)_and Cruz (52%) a favorable rating. It's just one more poll showing the Republicans may have a much harder time uniting behind their eventual candidate than the Democrats will.
