New York Democrats did as expected in their site primary. They gave Hillary Clinton a huge victory. As I write this, 94% of the vote is in, and Clinton leads Sanders by a whopping 16 points (58% to 42%).
This means Clinton will get the bulk of New York delegates. According to Bloomberg Politics, she now has 1887 delegates to 1174 for Sanders. There are still 1704 unallocated delegates -- Hillary needs 496 of them (or 29%), while Bernie needs 1,209 of them (or 71%).
It's only now week until several more states vote, and the polls show Hillary leading most of them. This presidential race is starting to be wrapped up -- at least on the Democratic side.
