New Hispanic Poll Shows Trump With Only 11.2% Of Vote
These charts are from the recently released New Latino Voice / Florida International University Poll. It was done between August 23rd and 30th of a random national sample of 4,071 Hispanic voters. No margin of error was given, but with such a large sample it would probably be below 2 points.
It shows Donald Trump is doing far worse among Hispanics than any other modern Republican candidate has done -- currently getting only 11.2% support. And he does poorly with both genders and all age groups.
Trump seems to think he can offset this with a huge White vote. I don't think he can, especially since he has energized Hispanic voters with his demonizing of immigrants. I think the percentage of the total vote that is Hispanic will be larger than ever this year.
