Should Congressional Democrats Work With Trump ?

The chart above reflects the results of the Rasmussen Poll -- done on November 9th and 10th of 1,000 voters, with a margin of error of 3 points.

It reflects the views of Democratic voters. About two-thirds of Democrats (64%) say the party official should stick to party principles rather that cooperate with Donald Trump. That's not "sour grapes". All we know about Trump is what he campaigned on, and no real Democrat could lower themselves to vote for the hateful message of Trump's campaign.

If Trump were to mellow out and make some reasonable proposals, then Democrats should support them. But until we see some reason coming from Trump, we have to oppose him. To do otherwise would be to abandon party principles.

  1. For most things the Deamoncrats should cooperate as well as the rePUKEians did so for Obama! For anything that is a good idea then cooperate!! Show the rePUKEians how to do real governing!!!
