Most Believe Russia Acted To Help Trump Win In 2016
These charts are using information in a new Economist / YouGov Poll -- done between November 5th and 7th of a random national sample of 1,500 adults (including 1,336 registered voters), with a 3.2 point margin of error.
They show that a significant majority of Americans believe that Russia intentionally acted to help Donald Trump win the 2016 election. About 56% say Russia hacked Democratic e-mails to help Trump, and 59% believe Russia created and spread fake news stories to help Trump.
The only question now is did Russia act alone, or did the Trump campaign act in collusion with the Russians to subvert the election. Considering the numerous meetings with Russians by many members of the Trump campaign, I think collusion is an undeniable fact.
