How Long Before A Second Black President Is Elected ?
February is Black History Month. So I found this poll question both relevant and interesting. Poll respondents were asked how long would it be before the United States again elects a Black president. About 12% thought it would happen in the next 5 years, 40% thought it would happen within 10 years, and 69% thought it would happen within 20 years.
The numbers are from the latest Economist / YouGov Poll -- done between February 4th and 6th of a random national sample of 1,500 adults, with a 3.3 point margin of error.
