Huge Majority Of Voters Want Mueller Report Made Public

Robert Mueller has concluded his investigation and submitted his report to the Department of Justice. But no one in Corngress or the public has seen any of that report. The only thing made public is a four page summary of the report by Attorney General Barr (a Trump appointee and apologist).

Did the report exonerate Trump (as Trump has claimed)? Did Barr's summary present a true picture of what the report found? No one knows right now -- but the public wants to know.

The chart above represents the results of a recent Fox News Poll -- done between March 17th and 20th of a national sample of 1,002 registered voters. The margin of error is 3 points.

The poll was completed  two days before the Mueller Report was sent to the Department of Justice, and four days before Attorney General Barr released his very short summary of that report -- but I doubt these numbers have changed in the last few days.

The poll showed that an overwhelming majority of registered voters (80%) want the Mueller Report made available to the public, while only a tiny minority (11%) do not. That's a gap of 69 points in favor of making the report public. And that is the overwhelming response of every demographic group (including Republicans).
