New Iowa Poll Has Only 4 Candidates In Double Figures
These charts are from the Des Moines Register / CNN / Mediacom Poll -- done between June 2nd and 5th of 600 Democrats expected to participate in the Iowa caucus. It has about a 4.7 point margin of error.
The poll shows that Joe Biden is still leading in Iowa -- with an 8 point lead over Bernie Sanders, a 9 point lead over Elizabeth Warren, and a 10 point lead over Pete Buttigieg. Those were the only candidates to score in double-digits.
Only 3 other candidates scored above 1% -- Kamala Harris with 7%, Beto O'Rourke with 2%, and Amy Klobuchar with 2%.
The poll also asked respondents to list their first, second, and third choices. The results of that are in the chart below.
