As 2 Enter And 2 Leave, There's Still A Large Field Of Dems

I had thought the large field of Democratic candidates wanting the party's presidential nomination would have diminished significantly by now. But I was wrong. The field remains a large one, as many candidates with little support show persistence.

Two candidates have dropped out this week. Montana Governor Steve Bullock and Rep. Joe Sestak of Pennsylvania both announced the end of their campaigns. Neither had been able to gather significant support or donations.

But they were replaced by two new candidates last week -- Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

Here are the 16 candidates still in the race for the nomination:

Joe Biden

Elizabeth Warren

Pete Buttigieg

Bernie Sanders

Kamala Harris

Amy Klobuchar

Cory Booker

Julian Castro

Andrew Yang

Tom Steyer

Michael Bennet

John Delaney

Marianne Williamson

Tulsi Gabbard

Deval Patrick

Michael Bloomberg
