The chart above is from The Washington Post / ABC News Poll -- done between July 12th and 15th of a national sample of 1,006 adults, with a 3.5 point margin of error. It shows that Americans disapprove of Trump's handling of the Coronavirus over approval by a huge margin -- 22 points.
