Voters Don't Like Trump's Clemency For Roger Stone

The chart above is from the Morning Consult Poll -- done between July 14th and 16th of a national sample of 1,993 registered voters, with a 2 point margin of error.

Donald Trump continues to take actions that the voters do not want. One recent action was his commutation of the prison sentence of his buddy Roger Stone. A majority of voter (55%) said the commutation was inappropriate (including 55% of Independents and 81% of Democrats).

Even Republicans could not muster majority support for the commutation. Only 43% said it was appropriate, while 24% said it was inappropriate and 32% refused to state an opinion.

The commutation stinks of corruption -- and the voters know it!
