The charts above are from the Pew Research Center. They questioned 3,143 adults (1,561 women and 1,582 men) between March 18th and April 1st of this year. The margin of error for all adults is 1.9 points, and is 2.7 points for each gender.
Women got the right to vote in the United States in 1920 -- 100 years ago. That was a big step, but it did not give women equal rights to men in the country. In the years since 1920, other battles have been fought and won for women's rights, but the quest for equality continues.
The charts above show that most people in this country believe that more needs to be done to achieve equality for women.
