Seems Appropriate, As it is the city with the largest collection of LIARs4money, they honor one more of their own. And lets the rest of the country know that they are either gullible or sheeple. And let's the rest who are intelligent enough to know what this symbolizes also know we don't have the power needed to make real changes in the corruption there.
