The chart above is from the Gallup Poll. In 2020, they questioned at least 1000 people in 29 countries. They asked them if they approved for disapproved of the job performance of U.S. leadership. Only two countries had a higher approval than disapproval -- Albania (56-22) and Mauritius (50-40).
All other nations disapproved -- most of them by a very large margin.
Joe Biden has a lot of work to do after taking office to repair the damage that Trump has done. It won't be easy, and it'll probably take more than one term, since many of those countries will be afraid that the U.S. will turn to Trump (or someone like him) in the next presidential election.
