This chart is from the latest Dallas Morning News / UT-Tyler Poll -- done between February 8th and 15th of a statewide sample of 1,188 registered voters in Texas. The margin of error is 2.8 points.
It shows Democrat Beto O'Rourke trailing incumbent Republican governor Greg Abbott by about 7 points. But there are still eight months before the general election. Can Democrats make up the difference?
