Where is the one that an american family can fit into?
ReplyDeleteWhat about the best trucks?
ReplyDeleteThey didn't say anything about trucks in this release.
ReplyDeleteThe common factor for all of those except the Mini Cooper is that they're about as fun to drive as a vacuum cleaner. I gave up on Consumer Reports long ago, their biases became quite clear once I actually test-drove their "selections". I rented a Toyota Corolla three days ago when I flew in to L.A. on a business trip. Bloody thing almost got me killed on the L.A. freeway system because it was as gutless as a Democratic congressman, had steering number than a Hollywood housewife on valium, and the brakes were squishier than that housewife's breast implants. It was a menace on the highway, and made me realize why the little Asian housewives drive so erratically here in the Silicon Valley -- it's because they're in cars that drive like s**t.
