North Carolina Voters Like Clinton And Bush

These charts were made from the results of a new Public Policy Polling survey done between May 28th and 31st. The margin of error for both Republicans and Democrats is 5.9 points.

All it shows is that North Carolina voters are the same, at least right now, as the voters in all other states surveyed. Hillary Clinton leads by a huge margin among Democrats, and even has the support of about 7 out of 10 "very liberal" Democrats. That is the group that Bernie Sanders and Martin O'Malley are trying to appeal to. At this point they have not been able to make any headway in doing that.

Bush has the lead among North Carolina Republicans, but only has 19% support -- which is not nearly enough to proclaim him the leader. We're still waiting for some candidate to break out of the pack in the Republican race.
