Two New Polls Verify Trump's Plummeting Approval

Several polls have shown Trump's job approval ratings continue to plummet to new lows -- lows never reached by any previous president this early in their first term. Now we have two new polls that verify this.

The top chart shows the latest Quinnipiac University Poll approval. It was done between March 30th and April 3rd of a random national sample of 1,171 voters, with a margin of error of 2.9 points. It shows Trump with only 35% approval to a 57% disapproval -- a gap of 22 points.

The newest IBD/TIPP Poll is only slightly better -- with 38% approval and 56 point disapproval (a gap of 18 points). It was done between March 24th and 30th of a random national sample of 904 adults, with a 3.3 point margin of error.

How much lower can Trump's job approval go?
