Biden Leads In South Carolina (& Sanders Fading There)

This chart reflects the results of a new Post and Courier / Change Research Poll. They questioned 933 voters likely to participate in the South Carolina Democratic Primary between June 11th and 14th. The margin of error was 3.2 points.

It shows Joe Biden polling 37% support there. That gives him 20 point edge over Elizabeth Warren (17%), and a 26 point lead over Pete Buttigieg (11%).

South Carolina was brutal to Bernie Sanders' hopes in 2016, and it looks like that could still be true. He is tied for fourth with Kamala Harris -- both with 9%.
