The polls are the Morning Consult Poll, the NPR / PBS NewsHour / Marist Poll, the Survey USA Poll, the NBC News / Wall Street Journal Poll, the Economist / YouGov Poll, the Emerson College Poll, and the ABC News / Washington Post Poll.
It also includes the RealClearPolitics average of all those polls.
