These charts show the public's perception of the two major political parties in the United States -- the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. They show that, while not overly enamored of either, the public generally favors the Democratic Party right now.
The charts reflect the results of the Politico / Morning Consult Poll -- done between August 5th and 14th of a national sample of 3,735 registered voters, with a 2 point margin of error.
