The chart above shows the results of major polls after World War II for each president's approval by the U.S. public. The figures are from fivethirtyeight.com.
The polls average puts President Biden's job approval at 42.8%. That's lower than any other president since WW II, except for one -- Donald Trump, who had a 300 day average of 38.1%.
