The chart above uses numbers from the office of the Texas Secretary of State. It shows the early voting totals for both political parties through February 18th (Friday). So far, Republican voters are significantly outnumbering Democratic voters statewide. 380,085 Republicans have voted, while 222,594 Democrats have voted -- a difference of 157,491.
By November, Democrats need to make up this enthusiasm gap, and get their voters to the polls in large numbers.
