Although I'm sure it probably will offend some fundamentalists, this picture is a representation of how many christian sects treat women -- trapping them into a subservient and second-class status. What is so amazing to me is that so many Christians are able to see the intolerance, misogyny, and narrowmindedness of, say, Islam, but cannot see how their criticisms often apply equally to their own faith.
