Just as sort of a lark, the Esquire/Yahoo! News Poll asked people which candidate they would trust to keep their dog if they were going out of town. About 52% chose President Obama, while only 27% chose Willard. I'm not saying this tells us who these people would vote for to be president. Which would you choose? And would you entrust your country to someone you wouldn't even leave your dog with?

  1. We have cats, not dogs, but I wouldn't give Romeny a key to my house to stop in an feed the cats. I think he'd go through all of our stuff and then forget to feed the cats after.

I think the President would probably delegate it to his daughters, which is fine. Imagine how safe our house would be for a week when any would-be criminal never know when the Secret Service is going to be sitting in the driveway.
